It’s time for us to come together once again, and we’re excited to welcome you to our 10th annual Fall Gathering at Sage Valley!

Each gathering is as unique as those who attend, so whether you’ve been part of the Sage Valley family for years or will be visiting the Valley for the very first time, we’re so glad to be co-creating with each of you.

We choose to gather without alcohol or hard drugs so that we can be present with ourselves, each other, and the land.

You’ll hear howls to call us together, “HOT FOOD IN THE WOODS!” when a meal is ready, children laughing and playing throughout the Valley and Kid Village, and impromptu fireside jams carrying late into the night.

There will be live music, workshops, ceremonies, vendors, camping, vegan meals, and plenty of opportunities to connect with new and old friends.

Tickets are available on our website. Adult admission is offered on a sliding scale of $55–$222. Guests 18 and under attend free with a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.

We would like to invite you to the 13th GPGT that started back in 2011 at eXplore Brown County! Come celebrate an amazing weekend with us in the beautiful hills of Brown County!

2 Days and Nights of Live Music, Live Art, Light Shows, Camping, Workshops, Kids Activities, Running Water Restrooms/Showers($5), and much more! Kids 12 and under are free!

Doors open at 10am on Friday, September 11th. Music will start at noon both days.

If you have purchased an Early Arrival (Thursday Pass), you may come set up camp between the hours of 5:30pm & 10:30pm on Thursday, September 10th. There is no music on Thursday.

At midnight each night, the main sound system shuts down and we start the Late Night Headphone Disco. We will have 300 sets of wireless headphones available at first come first serve. Depending on pre-sales, we may order more. You will need to provide a valid ID (Drivers License) as a deposit. We will hold onto your ID until you return the headphones. There will be a 50 dollar fee for any headphones not returned.

Frequency Flow Fest is a gathering of sound, art, and shared presence held beneath wide Minnesota skies.

A place to arrive as you are. To move, listen, rest, and wander. Some moments are curated. Others emerge naturally.

Location & Setting

Frequency Flow Fest takes place at Steeplechase Grounds, set within open Minnesota landscape. Open land, shared spaces, and quiet edges create room for both collective energy and rest.

Camping options allow you to stay close to the rhythm of the days and nights.

Echo Fam and Willow Springs presents: ✨ Echo Between the Realms ✨ A gathering where we come together to create theme camps, go on quests, learn skills, and tap into all that Willow Springs has to offer. Set on 42.5 acres of beautiful land tucked into a quiet valley and surrounded by rolling hills, this space holds the echoes of what once was and what is still becoming. Expect inspirational music, live artists, paddle boarding on the spring fed lake, adventures, campfire jams, yoga and immersive theme camps that become realms. There will be a kids' playground/village, hands-on workshops, and plenty of space to explore what lights you up. At this event, we are equals 🙏 Every ticket purchased goes into an equal 32-share profit split that supports the musicians, artists, volunteers, land stewards, and the sound and lights crew who bring this gathering to life. One share is dedicated to a community project that blesses Willow Springs, and one share is reinvested into building the foundation for next year. This gathering is part of a larger shift.
