Frequency Flow Fest takes place at Steeplechase Grounds, set within open Minnesota landscape. Open land, shared spaces, and quiet edges create room for both collective energy and rest.

Camping options allow you to stay close to the rhythm of the days and nights.

Echo Fam and Willow Springs presents: ✨ Echo Between the Realms ✨ A gathering where we come together to create theme camps, go on quests, learn skills, and tap into all that Willow Springs has to offer. Set on 42.5 acres of beautiful land tucked into a quiet valley and surrounded by rolling hills, this space holds the echoes of what once was and what is still becoming. Expect inspirational music, live artists, paddle boarding on the spring fed lake, adventures, campfire jams, yoga and immersive theme camps that become realms. There will be a kids' playground/village, hands-on workshops, and plenty of space to explore what lights you up. At this event, we are equals 🙏 Every ticket purchased goes into an equal 32-share profit split that supports the musicians, artists, volunteers, land stewards, and the sound and lights crew who bring this gathering to life. One share is dedicated to a community project that blesses Willow Springs, and one share is reinvested into building the foundation for next year. This gathering is part of a larger shift. Willow Springs can not continue without our collective support as it moves into a profit sharing, community supported model. By coming together in this way, we are choosing care over extraction, relationship over spectacle, and shared responsibility over hierarchy. When we gather here, we learn from one another. Join us for a heart-centered weekend gathering in the mountains of Appalachia, where somatic yoga, live music, nature, and community come together to support deep rest, healing, and authentic connection.

Mountaintop Yoga Jam is a space to slow down, listen inward, and remember what it feels like to be in rhythm with your body, the land, and one another. Expect grounding practices, soulful sound, shared meals, laughter, campfires, and moments of real presence.

Cosmic Play Parties presents Where the Wild Things Are Festival and Campout! The theme for this outdoor festival celebrates the Inner Child! Dress as your inner child or their imaginary friend and enter a world of nostalgia, play, dance and creativity. Imagine a psychedelic summer camp with all your coolest friends! Costumes encouraged! Gates open at 7 pm for general admission. Campers can set up at 5 pm or later. Local DJ’s and performers, fire dancers and flow artists will be there to immerse you in a magical world of imagination and play. Drum around the bonfire and lay under the stars for a transformative group sound bath. Star gaze, eat smores and tell spooky stories around the fire or spin in circles till you fall over! It’s all about play. This beautiful, wooded setting is perfect for camping under the trees, drumming around the fire and connecting to your most primal and playful selves. As always, this themed event features experience stations and your favorite childhood games with some crazy nostalgic twists and turns. Your inner child will love getting messy and creative in the art tent! Enter The Portal Tent to become transformed by sound, energy, lights, body work, ASMR, massage, and healing. There will be free wellness services and experiences as well as all the coolest local vendors and intuitive readers. So many experiences and activities your head will spin! Food, drinks and adult beverages for sale. Prepay Tickets are only $25 and $30 at the door. Camping: If you would like to camp and enjoy a free catered pancake and veggie sausage breakfast it is an additional $25 per person. Campers can arrive by 5 pm to set up their camps. There are outdoor flushable toilets and bathrooms but no electric at camp sites. There will be a prize for the most original campsite! We are limiting camping to 45 people so reserve your spot now!
