🌿 Mountaintop Yoga Jam 2026 🌿 ✨ Somatic Yoga • Live Music • Community • Appalachia ✨
Join us for a heart-centered weekend gathering in the mountains of Appalachia, where somatic yoga, live music, nature, and community come together to support deep rest, healing, and authentic connection.
Mountaintop Yoga Jam is a space to slow down, listen inward, and remember what it feels like to be in rhythm with your body, the land, and one another. Expect grounding practices, soulful sound, shared meals, laughter, campfires, and moments of real presence.
🧘♀️ Yoga & Somatic Movement Our offerings focus on somatic, nervous-system–aware yoga — practices that emphasize sensation, choice, and embodiment rather than performance. Classes range from gentle and restorative to slow-flow and exploratory, many accompanied by live music.
Featured teachers include: • Emily Plauche – Somatic Yoga, Vinyasa & embodied movement • Sheray Efaw - Vinyasa Flow with live music • Brooke Nicole& Erik Lutz - Reiki with Gaia • Galactic Ecstatic - ecstatic dance • Alesia Towns - Yin Yang Yoga • Siegfried Bleher - Iyengar Yoga • Eric Miller - Kundalini • Mark & Amy Dinaldo - Drum Circle & Soundbaths • Joe Yonek - Acro Yoga & Gong Soundbath • Jessica Adkins - Trauma-informed yoga
🎶 Live Music Music is at the heart of this gathering. Throughout the weekend you’ll experience intimate performances, collaborative sets, and jam-style sessions rooted in folk, Americana, conscious music, and classic influences.
